Nicholas Elliott is head of professional products innovation & strategy, The Wall Street Journal. In this role he is responsible for finding new opportunities to serve professional customers with news, data, events and other resources. He previously oversaw a team of specialist journalists and products at the WSJ and was closely involved with multiple launches of new professional products over a period of years. He held previous roles as managing editor of commodities and futures at Dow Jones Newswires, European capital markets editor and as a reporter covering European bonds and monetary policy. He holds a degree in economics from the University of York, U.K.
